We are a Mexican company with a strong commitment to innovation, social responsibility, and public health, dedicated to delivering high-quality, first-level medical care to communities across the world through a comprehensive network of mobile medical units. Our mission is to ensure that access to healthcare is not limited by geography, infrastructure, or socioeconomic conditions, serving both urban centers and remote rural communities.

With more than 15 years of operational experience and presence in over 17 states of the Mexican Republic, our group has developed a proven, scalable model for healthcare delivery in complex and underserved environments. Our services are free of charge and universally accessible, guaranteeing timely medical attention for populations that lack adequate healthcare infrastructure or access to qualified medical personnel.

Our operating model is built on two strategic pillars: mobility and technology, which together enable the delivery of innovative, efficient, and patient-centered medical services.

Mobility is at the core of our ability to expand healthcare coverage. Through a fleet of fully equipped mobile medical units and a highly trained multidisciplinary team, we bring medical services directly to communities with limited access, respond rapidly to medical emergencies and natural disasters, and maintain continuity of care through a robust and resilient operational network.

Technology plays a central role in enhancing the quality, efficiency, and impact of our services. We operate with an integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, advanced patient tracking and follow-up tools, and real-time interoperability with local and regional health systems. Our platform enables rapid laboratory diagnostics, timely interpretation of medical imaging studies, and secure data management. These capabilities support comprehensive epidemiological mapping, allowing us to identify health trends, detect emerging risks, and design targeted medical interventions that respond to the specific needs of each region we serve.
