Our Bussines Pillars
Today, COCEI International operates through three integrated pillars: Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Oil & Gas, all aligned under a shared execution framework. This structure allows the group to deploy scalable solutions efficiently while adapting to the specific technical, regulatory, operational, and geopolitical conditions of each market.
The Healthcare pillar focuses on the deployment and operation of Mobile Health Units, organized in fully equipped clinical caravans. These units deliver basic and preventive care, diagnostics, and selected specialized services directly to communities with limited or no access to healthcare infrastructure.
The Pharmaceuticals pillar ensures continuity of care through integrated procurement, logistics, storage, and nationwide distribution of medications and medical devices. Supported by a broad laboratory network and strategically located distribution centers, this division enables large-scale programs to operate with efficiency, compliance, and supply reliability, serving as a critical backbone for both healthcare delivery and institutional operations.
The Oil & Gas pillar leverages COCEI’s engineering heritage and project-management capabilities to support energy production, optimization, and industrial services. Through advanced technologies and conventional services, the group addresses the needs of complex energy operations, prioritizing efficiency, safety, sustainability, and long-term asset performance.
